Whatever your needs are around the house I can help. 
Small jobs:  First Hour $120.  Single day rate is $80/hr.  Multi day rate is $75/hr.

I'm handy with a paint brush inside and out.  I only work with zero VOC paint so there is very little odor from painting.

Fix or repair trim.  Patch a hole, general carpentry, decks, sheds. 

If you want to upgrade the security of your entry or fix that door that sticks, I can help with that.

I am a certified Lighting Designer and can help with any of your lighting or lighting control needs.  I can do landscape lighting as well.  I have designed lighting for some of the premier homes in the Bay Area.

Is a kitchen ever perfect?  We can brainstorm some improvements.

I can swap out a leaky toilet mechanism, fix a leak or unclog your sink drain.
